As a new person to the Monitoring and Evaluation field, I found this training to be very useful. Trainers provided very important knowledge and skills, especially through their participatory approaches. Tools they used during the training were very effective by giving us a chance to get exposed to real life situations. I am looking forward to my new assignment in an upcoming project and hope to apply all what I acquired from this training in order to implement it successfully.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Course organised by IMA helped me learn to look at my project with more perspective. The personalized exercises and activities were very helpful in illustrating key concepts.
