This three-day programme will give you the skills to handle facilitation for simple or challenging situations, for sudden impromptu events that only last an hour, or planned for requirements that will take a whole day. You will leave the course with tools and techniques to define, design and implement facilitation, and ensure you can lead groups to achieve their objectives and be ready implement their decisions with action.

    • Practicing facilitation techniques

  • Day 2
    Facilitation Techniques

    • Applying Stage 3 to real situations
    • Practicing opening techniques
    • Learning how to keep discussion on track
    • Examine Team Dynamics and their impact on facilitation
    • Understanding the 5 Dysfunctions of Teams
    • Handling Pushback and Distractions

  • Day 3
    Practise and Application

    • Practice deliverying facilitations for participants.
