This three-day programme will give you the skills to handle facilitation for simple or challenging situations, for sudden impromptu events that only last an hour, or planned for requirements that will take a whole day. You will leave the course with tools and techniques to define, design and implement facilitation, and ensure you can lead groups to achieve their objectives and be ready implement their decisions with action.


This course is for you if you are a required to bring groups of people together to make a decision, create something new, build an action plan, or address any task, issue or challenge, and want to find ways of keeping focus, motivating participation, and overcoming obstacles to success.
